If the app is telling you that your mobile number is already in use, it may be that you have registered with us previously. To check, tap Login and then Forgot Password? and enter your mobile number - we’ll then send you a code so you can reset your password. If your number is not recognised contact us and we’ll take a look.
It’s easy. If you have an Android phone visit the Google Play Store and search for Hailo. For iPhone, tap the App Store icon on your phone and search for Hailo. Once downloaded, follow our simple registration process in the app and you’re ready to go.
Using a promotional code is easy. Open the Hailo app and go to the accounts section (this can be found by tapping the Account Icon at the top left of the screen). From there tap Wallet and then Hailo Credits and then tap Enter Promo Code. Then just enter your code and tap ‘Done’ - you’ll then see your credits added to your account. You will also have the option to choose which trips you'd like to use your credit on. Before confirming your taxi, you'll have the ability to turn off the credit by moving the credit slider off. You can then use your credit on a later journey. Just make sure it's used within the expiry date!
Yes. The Hailo app is completely free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iPhone).
The best way to see a demo of our app is to download it and give it a try. It really is very simple, you can see all the available cars in your area and get one to come to you in two taps. You can tap 'Pick Me Up Here' to see the confirm screen and familiarise yourself with the payment and cab options available. But remember, if you do tap ‘Request Taxi’ you will be booking a real vehicle.
