What happens if my driver doesn't arrive at my requested time?
We do our utmost to ensure that your Hailo vehicle arrives on time but occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may not be able to provide you with a vehicle. We work hard on ensuring that our pre-book service is reliable. Should anything go wrong, please get in touch with us. We’ll keep trying to get you a vehicle, but if you don’t wish to wait beyond the requested time, you can cancel without charge.
